To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, full payment is kindly required 72 hours prior to your appointment. Please note that this payment is non-refundable, as your booking reserves dedicated time and preparation just for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, I kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will unfortunately incur a 100% charge, including the use of vouchers, which will be considered redeemed if not used appropriately.
