I do require FULL payment upfront which is payable 48hours before the appointment takes place, this payment is non refundable.

If you do need to cancel your appointment under any circumstances I do need 48 hours notice or 100% charge for this appointment will apply. This includes Vouchers, misuse of these will make them void.

Every Reflexology treatment is tailored to the individual in terms of their personal health and goals for that session and in the longer term. I range of treatments lengths to suit your needs see below).

In all cases, the first Reflexology session begins with a health and lifestyle consultation where your concerns can be discussed to help us to devise an effective treatment plan. All information recorded is confidential and will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

For the treatment itself, there’s no need to undress…only socks or tights need to be removed.

Many clients prefer to lie down, while some may prefer to sit with their feet up. You may close your eyes and drift away to relaxing sounds or remain alert, as you wish. It is your therapeutic time and I will assist you to make the most of it.
